Founded in 2019 as an aeronautical engineering firm Design-21 Projects offers high quality interior solutions to a wide range of airline companies and lessors, whereby its core activities comprise of the following:
The preparation of approved data, in the form of accomplishment instructions and drawings, for the implementation of minor changes and repairs to CS 23 and CS 25 aircraft.
The identification, assignment and interpretation of Certification Specification (CS) and environmental protection regulations.
Verification that the design is safe and meets the airworthiness requirements of the Certification Specification.
Assistance in the preparation of design data, where required.

Design-21 Projects contributes to the aviation market by focusing its engineering services on the assessment and ultimate implementation of customer requested modifications (and minor repairs) onto in-service aircraft. The organisation provides approved data and certification for minor changes and repairs to cabin interiors (including cargo compartments and electrical cabin systems) and external liveries, on both CS 23 (Small) and CS 25 (Large) aircraft.
